The CUP Lab Beef Cattle Beginners Training is designed to give you an overview of ultrasound and how it is used to predict carcass composition of live cattle. This involves in-depth instruction of anatomy, image quality, equipment, and scanning. Emphasis is placed on recognition of landmarks, image quality, and proper application of data.
